From Toasted Coconut, Spiced and Coffee rums to Special Release Aged rums, we have something for every palate!
The heart of our craft is in how we create our infusions. Typically, flavored spirits are made with manmade liquid flavorings called "natural flavors". We think our approach of infusing real food ingredients into the rum creates a truly superior spirit.
Toasted Coconut Rum
Infused with real toasted coconut, this fan favorite is best enjoyed simply poured over ice or with a splash of pineapple juice.
Making coconut rum this way is a rarity in the rum industry where "coconut" rums are usually flavored by pouring liquid flavoring in the base rum. It is a lot of work to make Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum the way we do, but we think it's worth the effort.

Spiced Rum
Using old school methods, we infuse real spices and add honey for a bit of sweetness.
The highly respected Caribbean Journal gave Siesta Key Spiced Rum the award for Best Spiced Rum of the Year six consecutive years (2012 - 2017). They called Siesta Key Spiced Rum the best Spiced Rum on the market and that the competition "wasn't close."

Wine Enthusiast magazine gave it 91 points and called SK Spiced Rum a "Best Buy"
Coffee Rum
This is a Coffee Rum (not to be confused with coffee liqueur). We make our Coffee Rum with real Colombian coffee beans and it is kept at 70 proof. We do not use any liquid flavors, liquid coffee or concentrates.
When we first started experimenting with our coffee rum we tried different methods. We knew before even trying that we would not use coffee flavoring or concentrate. That is not how we do things. We tried using fresh liquid coffee. While the flavor was ok, it was too watered down.
In the end, the only way we could get full coffee flavor was by making the coffee rum in a similar way to making a quality cold brew coffee.
Siesta Key Coffee Rum does have caffeine, although it is in small quantities. You would have to drink a lot of rum to get even a cups worth of caffeine.

Distiller's Reserve
The Distiller's Reserve spends time in barrels in a traditional solera method. In the solera method the oldest rum is never fully emptied from the barrels. The flavors from the real spices, honey, and Florida sugar cane continue to refine over time. The result is a very special spiced rum best enjoyed neat or on ice.
The Caribbean Journal named Siesta Key Distiller's Reserve the best spiced rum available anywhere in 2014. They said "It's getting to the point where we might have to change the name of this category to Siesta Key Rum of the Year. Three years three wins by the boutique distillery in Sarasota, Fla. This year, distiller Troy Roberts unveiled an even smaller batch rum, Distiller's Reserve, a solera-aged rum that achieves something almost unheard of in the spiced rum category: it's so good you can drink it neat."
Siesta Key Distiller's Reserve Spiced rum took home two gold medals in the 2015 Rum Renaissance competition. One in the spiced rum category and one in the consumer category where it was up against long established rums with more than a decade in the barrel.
Distiller's Reserve Spiced rum was rated 94 points by Wine Enthusiast magazine. This is a score almost unheard of for a spiced rum. They called it "remarkably complex for a flavored rum".
Beer Barrel Spiced
Siesta Key Beer Barrel Spiced Rum opened up a whole new category in the rum world: rum aged in used beer barrels.
It is the result of collaborations with craft brewers. Every batch is unique because the barrels are all different. The barrels have been used to age different beers and impart different flavors into our spiced rum.
The Limited Edition Beer Barrel Finish Spiced Rum took the Best in Class gold medal at the largest dedicated rum competition in 2015.
Siesta Key Beer Barrel Spiced Rum is available primarily in the Siesta Key Rum Distillery. Quantities of each batch are quite limited.
