The Toasted Coco-lada

Your beach vacation, served frozen.

Makes 1 drink

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum

  • 1 ½ oz cream of coconut

  • 1 ½ oz pineapple juice

  • 1 ½ cups ice

  • cocktail cherry, for garnish

PREPARATION

Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve. Optional: top with a Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum floater or garnish with rum-soaked cherries.
