The Chai Key

A tropical hug in a glass.

Servings vary; makes 1 carafe

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz Siesta Key Spiced Rum

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 cups sweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 3 vanilla chai tea bags

  • 3 oz agave nectar (or sweetener of choice)

  • whipped cream, for topping

PREPARATION

Add the water and almond milk to a pot and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add the vanilla chai tea bags, and steep for at least 10 minutes (longer steeping will produce a stronger chai flavor). Stir in the Siesta Key Spiced Rum and agave nectar. Serve in mugs topped with whipped cream.
