Spiced Siesta CoCoquito

A rich, velvety Coquito that swaps the eggnog for pure Caribbean cheer.

Servings vary; makes 1 pitcher

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz Siesta Key Spiced Rum or Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum (your choice)

  • 27 oz coconut milk (two 13.5 oz cans)

  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 ½ oz water

  • 3 pinches salt

  • 3 pinches cinnamon

PREPARATION

Blend all ingredients until smooth, then chill in the refrigerator before serving.
