Siesta Key Lime Pie

A divinely drinkable key lime pie! *Recipe courtesy of Daiquiri Deck.

INGREDIENTS

Servings vary. *Makes a small pitcher

9 oz Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum

12 oz Cream of Coconut

12 oz Water

9 oz Whipped Cream Vodka

9 oz Key Lime Juice

3 oz Hazelnut Liqueur

Topping: Whipped Cream and Graham Cracker Crumbs

Garnish: Key Lime slice

PREPARATION

Add all ingredients to a pitcher and shake well, *We suggest letting the mixture rest for a day or so to let the lime juice mellow as it may be too tart once prepared.

Shake and serve over ice. Garnish each glass with whipped cream, a graham cracker rim and a key lime slice.
