The beloved Piña Colada, sans brain freeze!

Makes 1 drink
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut milk
1 oz cream of coconut
pineapple slice and cocktail cherry, for garnish
PREPARATION
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is frosted and cold. Strain into a glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and a cocktail cherry.
