The beloved Piña Colada, sans brain freeze!
2 oz Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum
1 C ice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Coconut Milk
1 oz Cream of Coconut
Fill glass w/ice. Place rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, coconut milk, and 1 Cup ice in a shaker. Shake vigorously until outside of the shaker is frosted and cold, about 30 seconds. Pour into glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge, cherry and enjoy!
