Sarasota Mai Tai

Toasted Coconut and Spiced Rums paired with citrus and a hint of almond - a tropical escape in a glass!

Makes 2 drinks

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz Siesta Key Spiced Rum

  • 1 oz Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum

  • 6 oz pineapple juice

  • 4 oz orange juice

  • 1 oz orgeat (or 6 drops almond extract – use sparingly) *Orgeat is a sweet syrup made from almonds, sugar, and rose water or orange flower water. We recommend the Liber & Co. brand.

  • 2 tsp grenadine

  • orange wedge and cocktail cherry, for garnish

PREPARATION

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice, and garnish with an orange wedge and a cocktail cherry.
