Sarasota Mai Tai

Toasted Coconut and Spiced Rums paired with citrus and a hint of almond - a tropical escape in a glass!

INGREDIENTS

3 oz Siesta Key Spiced Rum

1 oz Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum

6 oz Pineapple Juice

4 oz Orange Juice

1 oz Orgeat (or 6 drops of almond extract - use sparingly) *Orgeat is a sweet syrup made from almonds, sugar, and rose water or orange flower water. We recommend Liber & Co. brand.

2 tsp Grenadine

Garnish: Orange wedge and Cocktail Cherry

PREPARATION

Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake well and serve over ice. Garnish with an orange wedge and cocktail cherry.
