Pumpkin Spiced Rum Coffee Creamer

Pumpkin-ize all of your french press, pour over, drip, single serve, aeropress and cold brews!

Servings vary; makes 1 carafe

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup Siesta Key Spiced Rum

  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree

  • 1 tbsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp ginger

  • ½ tsp nutmeg

PREPARATION

Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk over medium to low heat until well combined. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve in coffee. Store any remaining mixture in the refrigerator for up to one week.
