Freeze the Day – A daiquiri in rhythm with sunsets and ocean breezes.
Servings vary; makes 1 pitcher
INGREDIENTS
1½ cups Siesta Key Silver Rum
4 cups ice cubes
16 oz package frozen strawberries
½–¾ cup lime juice, to taste
½–¾ cup simple syrup, to taste
PREPARATION
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately and garnish with a strawberry, whipped cream, or a rum floater.
