Dave's Green Chile Bloody Mary

Turn your brunch into a fiesta with Hatch Chile heat

INGREDIENTS

Infusion

750 ml Siesta Key Silver Rum

20 oz canned Hatch Green Chiles, strained (mild, medium or hot)


Per Drink

2 oz hatch green chile infused rum

Bloody Mary mix (we like Zing Zang brand)

Garnish: Celery and a chile

PREPARATION

Infusion

In a glass container, add the strained hatch green chiles to the bottle of Siesta Key Silver Rum. Let it infuse for at least 3 days. Taste and let it infuse longer for more flavor! Once desired flavor is reached, strain out the chiles.

Per drink

In a glass over ice add hatch green chile infused rum and Bloody Mary mix. Garnish with celery and a chile.
