A crowd-pleasing cranberry mojito that delivers sweet-tart sparkle and effortless holiday flair.

Servings vary; makes 1 pitcher
INGREDIENTS
1 ¾ cups Siesta Key Silver Rum
20 oz sparkling water, chilled
1 ¼ cups fresh lime juice
¾ cup cranberry juice cocktail concentrate, thawed
½ cup sugar
1 bunch fresh mint (about 1 cup)
PREPARATION
Using a wooden spoon, muddle the mint with the sugar in the bottom of a large pitcher. Add the Siesta Key Silver Rum and lime juice, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the thawed cranberry juice concentrate and sparkling water. Add 6 cups of ice, mix well, and serve.
