Caramel Apple Rumtini

Crisp orchard flavors with a silky caramel twist

Servings vary; makes 1 pitcher

INGREDIENTS

Infusion
  • 750 ml Siesta Key Silver Rum

  • 4 apples (we like McIntosh)

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

*This amount of infused rum makes approximately 12 drinks.


Per Drink
  • 2 oz apple infused Siesta Key Rum

  • ¼ oz Torani Salted Caramel Syrup

  • apple slice, for garnish


PREPARATION

Infusion

Cube the apples and place them in a sealable container. Add the 750 ml bottle of Siesta Key Silver Rum, cinnamon sticks, and honey. Seal the container and let infuse for at least 3 days before using.


Per Drink

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an apple slice before serving.
