Makes 4 drinks
INGREDIENTS
½ cup Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum
3 cups fresh blueberries
2 ½ cups ginger ale
3 tbsp lemon juice
coconut flakes, for garnish
PREPARATION
Muddle the blueberries in a bowl. Add the Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum and lemon juice, stirring until well combined. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer, discarding the blueberry skins. Add the ginger ale and gently stir to combine. Rim glasses with coconut flakes and fill with ice. Pour the mixture into the glasses and serve.
