Festive, pretty and fun, our Blueberry Coconut Sparkler is sure to brighten any day or night!
½ Cup Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum
3 Cups fresh Blueberries
2½ Cups Ginger Ale
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Coconut Flakes (optional garnish)
Muddle the blueberries in a bowl. Add the lemon juice and Siesta Key Toasted Coconut Rum; stir until well combined. Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture and discard the blueberry skins. Add the ginger ale and gently stir until combined. Rim glasses with coconut flakes (optional) and add ice. Pour mixture into glasses and enjoy!
