INGREDIENTS
Infusion
750ml Siesta Key Silver Rum
2 Pints Berries, washed (Your choice. We suggest in season berries for peak flavor)
*This amount of infused rum will make approximately 13 drinks.
Per Drink
2 oz Berry Infused Siesta Key Rum
1/2oz to 3/4oz Simple Syrup
1/2oz to 3/4oz Lime Juice
PREPARATION
Infusion
In a glass container, add the berries and the 750ml bottle of Siesta Key Silver Rum. Seal container and store in a cool, dark location for 3 days. Strain out the berries.
Per Drink
When ready to serve, add the berry infused rum, simple syrup and lime juice. Shake vigorously over ice. Garnish with a berry.
