INGREDIENTS
Infusion
750 ml Siesta Key Silver Rum
2 pints berries, washed (your choice; we suggest using in-season berries for peak flavor)
*This amount of infused rum will make approximately 13 drinks.
Per Drink
2 oz berry infused Siesta Key Rum
½–¾ oz simple syrup
½–¾ oz lime juice
berry, for garnish
PREPARATION
Infusion
Place the berries and the 750 ml bottle of Siesta Key Silver Rum in a glass container. Seal and store in a cool, dark place for 3 days. Strain out the berries before using.
Per Drink
When ready to serve, combine the berry infused rum, simple syrup, and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass. Garnish with a berry.
